Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to fix it.

Returns You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right.

Exchanges Want a different item? Return your current order and place a new one once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
